Any MI Banks Do 100% On Single Family Investment?
Lake Orion Michigan area is stagnant due to Big 3 shrinkage. Many deals. Need 90k for deal and hopefully additional 20k for improvments-( 150k neighboorhood average price) Do any banks offer help or is there another avenue proven and tested? Rent would be close to 1000 mo and value 155k after 20k in material and sweat by me. Do able?
