90% NOO LTV Light DOC NO Seasoning
Anyone no a bank that will do 90% LTV on a Non owner occ. with no seasoning. I'm looking for something that requires light documentation as well. I've looked at the Lender tab above and only see mortgage brokers. I'm looking for the actual banks that will do a loan like this.

If you mean no seasoning like...bought a 200k home for 100k, and now would like to get 180k loan without waiting one year. No...don't know of any. As a matter of fact if someone knows a 80% of appraised value, I would be interested. Some new law (or policy) says homes will be loaned on sell price until seasoned for 1 year. I assume you know that, but if you find anyone let me know as well. I can't get 80% with a 753 FICO and solid bank deposits.

I have a program that is minimum 70K with 90% stated income cashout, but I am a mortgage broker, if that is ok let me know. Thanks.
