Hello fellow Tennessean! I live in Nashville and we have a paper called the Nashville Record that you can subscibe to that publishes all of the Notice of Defaults. Not sure about your neck of the woods.
Civil court records, or Official records have both been good places for me in my county. They both have the computers avail 9-5 for me to search through. But its tedious to do it yourself, however more accurate and thorough, and recent than paying for most lists.
