leads is free with TCI Membership during the BETA testing stage. After our BETA testing stage is complete, TCI members will have the choice of purchasing these motivated seller leads to keep for a nominal fee. The fees will be determined by a custom built algorithm that will analyze the quality of the lead.
The investor who will be purchasing the TCI Motivated Seller Lead will be the only investor that will have that information. That investor can do as they please with that Motivated Seller Lead.
Remember, this process is still in BETA, which means there are known bugs. But, feel free to find out if there are any motivated sellers in your area. Click on the Properties tab on TheCreativeInvestor.com and conduct a state search. If there are any Motivated Sellers, they will appear at the top of the screen.

TCI Pre-Screened Motivated Sellers are serious enough to fill out a prospectus form on the SellAnyHouseQuick website. Where are you getting leads/ Anything in the Massachusetts area? I am definatly interested during the BETA stage, and If its worth it in my area (not that its not worth it any other areas) I'll definatly put up the membership. Please let me know how the M*****/RI area is.
