New Area Of Home Market For Me
I've come to the conclusion that I need to look for REO's and the like because in my area vacancies are high and rents are low.... and cash flow with that just ain't happening. >:( I was checking out some sites online and came accross RealtyTrac .com . Is this worth my money? Anyone with good finds on this site? Also what is a "lis pendens". Thanks!
