dbl wides on 1+acre deeded together, ie: 2186 sq/ft dblwide 1997 model in great shape on 1 acre of wooded land. Tax appraisal shows 86,700.00. I can buy it for around 40 to 50 thousand. Will rent quickly for 700 to 800 a month. Only work to be done appears to be a front and back deck for entry. many others available with the same LTV ratio. since i started finding these deals, about 6 prime properties have sold to others.
