I need some advise, I just purchased a property that I will rehab, I will be adding two additional rooms in the basement and also I will be converting the half bath in the basement to a full bath and will be replacing the hvac, do I need to get a permit to these changes.

Call th city in which the house is located. Or maybe that have a website that might have email info.
