Rental Fire Loss
A relative informed me that their rental unit was totally burned down thanks to a tenant smoking watching TV then falling dozing off. The tenant has to find another place to live and my relative has a burnt home and no rental income. They have owned the property for a long time and will be checking about their insurance policy on loss rents and rebuilding. I was wondering what other investor's experiences and solutions to this problem.
