New High School Being Built=Property Values?
I went to drive by an apartment building today in consideration of potentially making an offer. To my suprise there was a new high school being built 1 block away (no mention of it in the property summary). Question: Can anyone answer on their experience with a new high school being build 1 block away from their property, and how it affected their property value.

It might not help your immediate value, but you probally will have renters waiting in line-parents that want their kids close to school. If you then keep renters longer, charge higher rents,-your appraisal will go in the income approach as well
