Looking For Apartment Rehab's - What About HUD Repo's
I have purchased SFR fixer uppers from HUD with some success and noticed they also have apartment complex's. Some ranging from 25-100+ units. Anybody on this board have luck with these? I don't find very many of them in my area either, so they'd have to be absentee as well. Thanks for your insight!!
