Joint Venture Lending
I am an experienced real estate investor who just stumbled upon a new financing tool. I have started graduating from the 10-20 unit apartment buildings to the larger apartment buildings and even started converting an abandoned mill into condos. I learned about equity position financing and joint venture financing...does anyone know resources who provide this type of financing or even resources who have a pipeline of private investors looking for a stake in each property or just a simple interest return on investment while a bank takes the first debt position on the property. I am located in NH and buy property in NH, MA, RI, and CT...thanks
