How Does Your Rental Co Charge For Multiple Unit Blds.
Wondering how your rental service charges you. PLEASE ONLY people who ACTUALLY have used a rental service on MULTI family properties reply. Thanks. The ones I have charged a flat % for the amount which was ACTUALLY collected. Now I hear from a guy that they get chaged the same % even if one or more of the units are EMPTY> How do you get charged IF you use a rental company. Thanks Mike

7% of rent actually collected.
It is in the best interest of the management co. to have the units filled and at a good rent.

6% of rents actually collected. I don't think I have ever heard of a company collects a percentage against empty units, and I certainly wouldn't want to pay that. If I'm not getting my money I don't see why they should get theirs.
