bavnet profile photo

I have read a couple of real estate investing books (one on multi-family unit investing) and I would like to get a lot more information. I was wondering if anyone new of any good seminars for new investors???

I'm an accountant so I'm cautious by nature - I would love to get educated before operating without a net.

Thanks for any adivce!

If your like any of the accountants I know, you think that doing anything other than being an accountant is risky! LOL

I have not been to any personally, but have heard good things about someone named John Doucette (I think) and Conti and Finkle.

If I were at my home computer I could give you URL's to check out. PM me if you want me to find them and send them to you. [ Edited by hibby76 on Date 03/19/2004 ]

David (Dave) Lindahl's Apartment riches boot camp was excellent. His course is just okay, he has to do some work on it to get it in good shape, it's hard to follow and boring at times. But the seminar or boot camp that he has is real good.

After going to David Lindals boot camp, do you feel you are ready to buy multifamily buildings? Do you think it is something a relative newcomer could handle? Did he talk about the financing of these large properties? Thanks for the help. I like to ask about these expensive seminars. grin
