Documents Needed To Refinance Multi Unit That's On Land Contract

If you have a commercial / multi family property that you have had on a land contract for 13 months what documents do you need to refi this property into your name. Is it the standard items: cancelled checks, contract, appraisal, etc. or is there a special set of rules for multi family.

    refinancing multi's is a little different. Here is what you will need:

    Three years income tax and financial statements
    ·Year-To-Date Profit & Loss and Balance Statement
    ·Personal Finance Statements
    ·Projected Cash Flow Statements for next 12 Months and Rent Rolls.
    ·Federal and State Taxes Information
