You need to be more specific. What type of commercial contract? Have you tried the freebies section of the Products and Services link at the top of the page?
If you are looking for a letter of intent to purchase, then it is state specific, type of property specific, and deal specific. Give us more information and we could help you out.

    Good Luck,
    Kyle

Hi, Kyle. It is 13-unit building in Georgia.

    Thanks, Alexander.

The local title company almost always has a number of form contracts and multi-unit residential is usually one of the options available.

You can use a residential contract and modify it as needed. Real estate is real estate.
