Turning Apartments
I am a small time landlord with 9 units for rent. I have always done my own work on the apartments, but have found that sometimes several turn at the same time and I cannot complete the work myself in a timely manner.
I am sure I could simply hire a management company to make hire people to turn the property, but I only need help turning the apartment and do not need the rest of the services of the management company.
Are their companies out there that specialize in turning apartments. If several apartments turn at the same time, it would be great to make one call and have someone complete one of the turns for me. I would appreciate any imput.

I am surprised that no one on this forum has any suggestions on this issue.
Look for handyman ads that say, "Property Inspection Report Repairs."
These are guys who work on a tight time frame for home sellers and can do a lot of things on a house well.
Check references. Check with homebuyers sfor their satsfaction with seller repairs.
Check insurances, WC and GL.
Build a relationship so they DO come back to you.
