Best Book / Resources To Learn About Commercial REI

Sorry for the rather newbie-type question but I with all the experts here I was hoping some of you can recommend some good books or other resources to learn about investing in Commercial real estate. I have a couple hundred thousand that I can invest and hope to eventually purchase a multi-unit apartment building (hopefully > 20 units). I know very little about it right now so am not going to make a move other than to just educate myself. This site has been great but I am hoping there is something comprehensive I can just sit down with and read.

Contact the Institute for Real Estate Management here in Chicago. They are attached to the National Association of Realtors and have an extensive book publishing arm as well as a series of classes which, if you took them all are about the functional equivalent of an MBA in real estate.
