1 Bedroom Each, On A Multifamily Home
Is is worth buying a 1 bed room muitifamily home, to resaleflip. They are easier to rent but hard to sell. There is NO room to expand to a 2 bedroom at all! sq. footage is 620 for each unit , 4 total cost is $480k (4 units) being sold by owner. ;)

The cash flow is $80 per month, leaving the current tenants in place. If I increase the rent of each unit, I could get $175-200 more than now. Oh well I am signing the contact tomorrow. Just noticed I could remove the 15x10 dining room, and make that the second bedroom.
