There are private monies available to buy tax deeds. But your rate will be high and your exit pooints will be high as well. Also they will make the checks out to the county so its not an open checkbook for you. If you manage to win the bid, you will have a very short time to refinance as well as most of the loans carry a term of 6 months or less.
