When I questioned what he was talking about, he didn't even know if I had any properties. He basicly waits for someone to bite, than he offers them 80% LTV with the infamouse "I can close next week."
I look at this as spam, advertising, and the beginnings of a hustle. that's just me though. Just giving you the FYI.
That is weird, I know he is with Nouve Riche' but I never knew him to be a spammer. I will rough him up if you want me too....... (preparing Brass Knuckles)lol.
I talked to him, no big deal. I see that he's not from Orlando and he's not registered for the conference, so I'm not sure what he is up to. He made it seem as if he were in Orlando looking to do some deals so I'll see what he's up too.
Don't worry, I got a Louisville Slugger hanging above my desk, I always come prepared.
He is out of Massachusetts, but he has done properties in Ft Lauderdale area. I dont know if he has done anything in the Orlando area or not. I got on to him either way, just to make sure. He should be more proffesional with you regarding the offer on the house. If you have anymore problems let me know and I will take care of it personally.
