I am investing in tax lien certificates and quick claim deeds. I have done alot of the work to find out which ones will be profitable and which ones will not. I am getting them between 20 to 50 cents on the dollar. Please,,,,,,

By the way. These are in NEW JERSEY, but i do have the contacts to go into other states.
