I think that we may have another board hustler on board. This kenmax is making himself sound VERY good to newbies and then conveniently mentions that he has "too many deals to handle."

I'll leave it up to you mods on whether to edit/delete.

    Hi Raj,

    I checked it out......I personally think he is blowing smoke........I am very skeptical about people telling me they can throw on some paint and put carpet down....walking away with 100k.

    I dont think he has crossed the line......yet. I will watch him.

    I did post a response that such deals are rare especially in that price range.
    I have recently finished a rehab in which I will make about 60k when all is said in done....., however...I had to put over 40k in rehabbing cost plus subdividing the back lot. I purchased the property thru a friend that was executor of the estate with no decendants.

    Plus I can document my purchase price...
