I don't quite understand why this topic in the Legal Forum wasn't deleted as a topic unrelated to real estate.
Yes, it is a legal question, but it is not a legal question with respect to real estate. Has the scope for this site expanded beyond real estate related topics?

I agree, this has nothing to do with real estate, maybe a PM to John Merchant will get the job done.
Your point should be well taken by all moderators, I see more PM me's and unrelated questions to real estate poping up.
