Check out derricks ps on his post on adverse possession in the tax lien section.

Looks like an attempt to shear some newbies. I am new but not that new smile

I have a lot of trouble with the whole thread. To seriously suggest adverse possession as an acquisition strategy is very likely to end up with some newbie in jail for criminal trespass at least. Not to mention breaking and entering, home invasion, etc. And thats assuming you don't get some over-zealous homeowner who shoots trespassers.

    Stockpro99,

I deleted it as there was no value to this post except to Derrick. I swear I am coming out with Subject Four investing it is twice as good as Subject To, if they went for adverse possession they are gonna love Sub-4.

    Commercialking,

Who the hell let you in here?

I am curious as to the amount of revenue that Derrick is generating. It must be on par with his acumen if he is espousing Adverse Posession as a solid real estate theory and trying to sell it smile
