Width Available 10' Or 12'?
Hello all,
I am looking at buying an older small mobile home community that has all older trailers on it. Most are owned by the renters but some are park owned and a couple of the park owned are vacant. I would like to upgrade the park by having the vacant homes removed and bringing in newer used homes and selling them and holding the note. I am concerned that there is not a lot of room in between the trailers now and I will probably have to replace with 10' or 12' wide www.trailers.I will be going the zoning dept. to check the specs but I was just wondering...Are there decent shape used 10' or 12' wide homes still available that I could buy. Do they still manufacture 10' or 12' wide homes, if not when did they stop making them?
