What is the easiest (cheapest) way to determine the current value of a mobile home? The reason I ask is because I am looking at a 2 Br 2 Ba, 1998 Weston single wide 14x70. I have not seen the inside yet the owner says the condition is great. The ourside is ok nothing special but nothing noticably wrong with it. My plan is to try and sell it owner financing if it will not sell I will rent it out. The asking price is 14K (Sounds high to me) Thanks in advance for your help.
