What Can I Do
I have a mobile home set up in a nice park. I really want to buy a house and am financially able to. I know someone who wants to lease/purchase my home. I don't feel comfortable with it. Too high risk. she is not able to finance the home. Any other ideas that are not so risky? Can i owner finance?
