In the paper, in MH Parks, through park managers, through other investors.

Through conseco, and Oakwood to find homes that have been foreclosed on.

Also through dealers, where they may not take trades anymore, often those that are stepping up to a new have an old one to get rid of.
So make deals with them, however I sugest you start with the other places first and learn all you can about value and what is a good and a bad deal because working with dealers you want to be knowledgeable.

Also, get Lonnie Scruggs book Deals on Wheels.... it willgive you a great base knowledge to begin with.

P.S. What state are you looking in, and your email I will see what I can find through my network in your area perhaps even work a deal with you if your interested.

Tell me what you need as in Single Wides or Double Wides keeping in mind Dbl Wides cost twice as much to move...

Plus year of homes you are looking for, bedrroms desired, when you want them, how soon you can close on them, and move them.
I have homes all ages and prices. Getting you all the homes you need is no problem. Price is the determining factor.

I buy homes at great prices and will flip them for 2k to 4k proffit depending on the home.
    Example; I have a 98 16 x 80 I paid 4k I will sell it for 8k. It books for over 25k....

Take an older one? Well Just sold a 1987 16 x 80 in great shape, 2500.00
Not sure why I let that one go so cheap..... oh well,
