Tax Cert
I am going to place me first bid with Greenspoint, my paperwork for them shows that they " Do Not provide Tax Cert." what does this mean ? Will I be able to resell the home, will I get title to it ? I know these are some silly questions, but I want to sure before I proceed with the bid ( which is due tomorrow by noon)

a little too late, but heres some info anyway:
it means that you will have to pay taxes, if any are due. Call the county . . . and BTW, if you have to or plan to move the MH once purchased, you may have to pay up to a year's taxes ahead to the county just to move it!
