Taking Over Payments

Kevin67 profile photo

Hello Everyone! I have an opportunity to take over payments on a singlewide MH for approximately 300 a month. The total pay-off is approx. 24K Now this is with out the Land. An acre in Fl for MH's can be bought for about 10-12k. The MH currently sits on a Naval base but the owners are getting transferred. Since they Are tansferring the MH will have to be moved off base. I guess I have two questions. First, Should I buy the MH outright, buy the land and then try to resell?, Or should get a right of assignment from the seller, take over the payments, buy the land and then resell? I'm pretty sure that with the trailor set up and a plot of land, the MH would probably go for 40+K. Any suggestions on which way I should go with this?

Thank You in Advance

    Kevin,

If you are in position to pay 24k and 10 to 12k for the Land to set up a Land package we need to talk.
I have put package deals together for investors in FL, 1 I recall doing simualr thing you are doing now was for 12 units.
Because of the amount of units this investor purchased I was able to secure Him prices far greater than the 24k you are speaking of.
2000 + models for as little as 8000 to 16,000 for top of the line Homes,
Email me lets discuss this further if you want
