Sound Investment? Help!! I Know Nothing...:)
I'm new to REI and don't know much about MHs, but..... I got a lead on a 2000 DW in foreclosure with a list of $24,900. The CAD assessment is $92,796 but my CMA shows it is only about 25% below market. So, I'm thinking that I'll find a lender and buy it then sell it on a LO. Does this sound like a sound investment or should I keep looking?
