I have several mobile homes I'd like to cash out on. I'm holding the papers and the tenents pay me religously. Contracts created with the assistance of a lawyer. I'd like to place an ad to have someone but the notes. I know mobile homes without land are a tough sell-Any suggestions. I'm receiving 12% on each sale - financed though me for 5 years.

    How much is owed on each note and what would you like out of it?

    15 K on one home and 11k on the other.

    I'd like to get 10k and 7K respectively.
