Renting / Rent To Own
Just as the title says, how lucrative is renting mobile homes? I just got the book "Deals on Wheels" and he seems to promote carring notes on older single wides, plus the prices he uses are insanly low. In my area there are a lot of mobile homes, most of witch are doubble wides, prices are good enough to where if you buy with a 30 yr mortage on them payments are around $200 and less per month. So with possible mobile home park fees and other things it would only cost me $3-400 / month and thats a good mobile home in a good park. I can only imagne that I could rent such a place for a fair ammount more. Please correct me if Im wrong.
