Where Can I Find Prices On Used MH's?
Can anyone direct me to someplace I can get prices on used MH's. I have a family in foreclosure and they actually have another MH that is not in foreclosure and they want to sell it outright. I have already gotten them to agree to a L/O for the time being and then have the purchaser move the house after 2 years. I just need to know where is a good place to get values of used MH's. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have used the NADA book on mobile homes to show the seller they owe more than their unit is worth if it is financed. The retail price is not a consideration for me when dealing with mobiles.
Always work from the wholesale value and then deduct from thier.

Thank you John. While I was talking to the owners last night, I asked them what was owed on the MH and they told me around 47K and they wanted 50K for the MH. I told them they would have to get an appraisal done to be sure they were in the ballpark for prices, but I also wanted to know for myself, with out me paying for an appraisal. The MH is quite a ways out in the country and it sits on land they own, but it is to close to the other house to sub-divide the lots. Anyway, I appreciate your help John Cash!!
