Questions Purchasing 95' Skyline-Dbl. Wide
I am currently looking @ buying the aforementioned MH from a friend. The home is located in a park. There is a 16'x24' garage & (2) decks. Lot rent &
taxes are $250 mo. Asking price for home is $62,000. Way out of line? I am purchasing this home to live in. Its in good shape. Does anyone know what this home is worth? Financing options?

What area of the Country do you live in. I know in the Central Texas area, you can purchase land and MH for that price....and remember, you're not buying real property, you're buying personal property and will seldom see appreciation in MH's in most areas. Just a thought!
