    How did you determine the value was there? You noted it was a 'nice HUD repo'.

    Yeah, I guess "Nice" is a relative term. This one is nice because of Sq Footage, location, and lot value.

    Easily rent for 1k after repairs. (Keep in mind I am in Houston).
