If were to buy a MH in a park would the purchase just consist of a title transfer like buying a car or is there deed to a MH like other real estate in Missouri????

it will be like buying a car.you have to do a title transfer

My family lives in MO - so when I visit, I do a little snooping. MO seems pretty simplified when it comes to the MH investing business, compared to other locations. In fact, it's hard to find someone at county or state level in the appropriate offices who can answer any of your questions!
