Mobile Home Park
I am considering buying land and creating a mobile home park in a resort city where real estate is booming and there are already many mobile home parks. Do you think I can get a loan from private source ? I here the approval process takes 6 months for city / state / county.
Any advice ?
Unfortunately I do not have any value to add with regard to your question, as I am currently considering the same (or similar) development plans. I would however like to expand the question to request any available information on the necessary approvals process and sources of information that might be helpful in estimating the costs, e.g. is there a site that provides cost breakouts for sewage connects based on development size (# units), and/or similar sources for electric, etc.???
