Ive Been Missing Cash Flow For 5 Years

I have 5 acres in Needville, Texas-about 30-40 miles from Houston-it has an old double wide mobile on it. There are also two 2 inch wells and a septic www.tank.They have been unused for 5 years. The mobile needs some repair-in my estimation, about 5k to make it livable plus the a new well and septic. That is way too much. I originally bought the property in 98 to move out of the city and into a more desirable school district, but plans fell thru to build. So I decided to keep the property but haven’t had much time to do anything with it. After being a member here for several months, all of a sudden the light came on. Why not buy a couple single wide mobiles-put a new septic and well and rent them out. After a year or so- do the same thing again. I intend to call the county and find out about restrictions and rules. Does anyone know a place around Houston that handles repos? What do you think? Any comments or suggestions welcomed. Thanks !
