I Dont get it Do you?
Why isnt this Forum just busting with activity. I am investing in Homes, but now I am seriously looking at MH's.
I found someone that is very succesful in this area today and is going to mentor me.
He blew me away what He buying nice homes for in this area.
Definately something I am going to do , qucik cash.
Going to use the cash from the MH's to invest in Single Family Homes in the area.
In fact He and I are looking at investing into 2 other parks, in this area and build them up as He has done this one.
Things are getting exciting... and FUN
