How Much Would You Pay?
...for a park on 1.2 acres that has 2 singlewides and 2 doublewides. All homes are 1988 models with one being a 1984. The total gross income is $1500 a month. All homes have their own septic, there are 2 wells on the property and 1 mile from the interstate. What are your thoughts?
Is it in asheville? It might be worth it just to have the land to hold and sell down the line. That area has seen consistent appreciation over the last several years.
With the info given, $75K to $100K depending upon condition and land values in the area.

Any water system that serves more than 14 people is considered a public system and must meet Federal standards.
