High Asking Prices In North NJ Area

This past Saturday I visited 2 Mobile parks in Northern NJ area approximately 5-10 miles away from NYC. The asking prices for SW 2br homes are really crazy. Here is the list of homes for sale by owners: 12X70 1971 SW 3br 20,000(nice one) LT 570: 12X50 1968 SW 2br 7,000(in bad shape) LT 560: 14X63 1985 SW 2br 20,000 LT 545: 12X60 1968 SW 2br(remodeled & fixed up by owner) 36,000 nuts! LT 550: 12X60 1980 SW 2br 19,000 LT 560. I saw only 2 of them and made an appointment to see the rest next Saturday(Owners were not home at the time) Does not look like typical Lonnie deals, but I am not discouraged I will keep on looking. Any MH investors in NY/NJ area that experienced the same high prices?
