Buying MH Through Auctions
I have heard of MH auctions? Do these really exist and how would I go about finding one? Or if not foreclosures? :-?

There are many ways to buy these cheap, you need to figure your end use and all the costs of moving and setting them up that are involved. Some auctions are good, sometimes you can contact lenders that specialize in these and find some great deals, also you can look in the want adds and put the word out.

Here is a repo lender's phone number for their Texas inventory. They do not have auction ... but great deals.
Greentree 800-772-5361 and 800-292-7413. Do not immediately transfer to the repo department ... wait for operator then ask for repo manager. OR your phone call will not be returned.
