Buying MH In San Fran Bay Area
I am from Mississippi and MH are 20k plus there new, here in SF they are closer to 100k plus somewhere to park it. Has anyone done REI on MH in this area and are there any special tricks since I dont see the cheap units like in Deals on Wheels?

You will find the Bay Area to be very unique. Lonnie deals are out there, but the numbers are ALOT higher. The concept will work especially well tho, since there are so few banks who will finance the home using appraisal value in M.H. parks. I recommend talking to the pm in the park you are interested in working in.
