Every community has a "demo" man (demolition) who will salvage usable parts, save the "tag," and haul everything away. It costs around $500 in my Rocky Mt region.

to buy a house, whatever
or give it away as a tax deduction.
Try to sell it cheap buyer has to move. advertise for 500.00 bucks and you'll have to beat buyers off with a stick. LOL

Offer the mh free if they move it. Also you can donate it to a volunteer fire department for practice. Either way it will be gone.
If that doesn't work, call a scrap yard.
