Back Lot Rents And Tax
I saw a mobile home the lot for sale. So I went in and ask what the price was. The guy offer me 4000. The home is in bad structure and needs alot of repiars.. He also told me that If I were to purchase to home. I need to paid for the Lot rent and Taxes before I can move the mobile home... is this true?? is there such thing as back lot rent and taxes???
