Mid-Year Conversion To A C-Corporation
I need to convert an existing Sub S corp to a C Corporation this year. I missed the window at the beginning of the year so I need to do a mid-year conversion. Can someone assist me in this? What forms do I need to file with IRS to start this process? I do know I will have to file two short-yer tax returns. Thanks
