Methods To Locating A Bird Dog?

Was looking for some suggestions of what other investors have done to find Bird Dog(s) to help locate investment properties? What has worked for you? and any suggestions on how to arrange an agreement on payment for successful finds?

    Try mail carriers as well or newspaper delivery people

    Hi Jeff,

    I do NOT recommend getting it tested for mold because then you will need to disclose any findings that are positive. Read the other posts concerning removing potential mold. There is a lot of good advice on this board. One key factor is to remove the source of water/moisture. Good luck!

    So really what I should do is get some mold contrator in there to knock whatever it is out of there. Instead of hiring some agency to come in and tell me I have it, I should just assume that its there and hire someone to clean?
