Hello:

Can anyone post an example of the so-called "YELLOW LETTER" so we can see what it looks like and how it is worded?? Any help would be appreciated...

Sincerely,

Bill Morin

Hey Panic: Its an intriguing idea, and would no doubt get read, but what do you say to the often deceived homeowner in distress when they ask why you used a FedEx envelope when you were really an investor?

I think my response would be a truthful one. "I have
alot of extra FedEx envelopes in my office, and its a respected business, so I had hoped you would open it and read what I had to say".

Go down to a wedding store where you can buy stationary for a wedding.

Ask them for the envelopes and stationary that was specially ordered and for whatever reason the bride and groom changed their mind.

They will sell you this crap for cheap, because they were just going to throw it away anyways ...

Self -stamp the letter and hand write the address and return address...

A violet invitation envelope... whose going to just throw that away and not at least open it?

    Hi Bill,
The Yellow Letter is a personal, handwritten letter sent on yellow lined paper that says:

    Hi Bill,
My name is Jeff. My wife and I are interested in buying your house at 123 Main Street.

    Please call us at 415-555-5555.

    Thanks!
    Jeff

Send it in a hand addressed envelope and sellers will call you.

    No advertising please in forums.

    Best,
    Jeff
