THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT SELLERS
My business, right now is mainly concentrated on wholesaling. (assingning properties to a third party).
I have a full pipeline of capable investors, and I have several realtors that are funneling me properties on a daily basis. In addition to that I'm working the newspapers for FSBO's.
In your experience what is the most effective way to get to the seller directly. I'm dealing w/ a budget of about $200 a month for advertising and about 10-15hrs a week. I need to maximize this time by contacting as many sellers as possible. Your suggestions and expertise are greatly appreciated.

The best way would be direct marketing.
Thats one of the things realtors do to get business. They contact sellers with fliers and letters. I'm doing business in philly as well. I also wholesale, so don't be surprised If you get a pm from me.
